Overview
Formbricks GmbH, based in Kiel and incorporated in Germany, is the company behind Formbricks, the open source experience-management platform. It develops the project and offers it as a hosted service for organizations that want to run surveys and collect feedback without routing customer data through a proprietary vendor.
The platform captures feedback across websites, emails, and inside applications: net-promoter and onboarding surveys, churn research, and product feedback at specific moments in the user journey.
